By accessing or using ContentCreatorAI (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Elite AI Holdings LLC, doing business as “Elite AI Holdings LLC” (“we”, “us”).
ContentCreatorAI provides AI-assisted content production for creators (post drafts, scripts, captions, blog outlines, newsletter copy, and short-form video ideas). The Service is AI-assisted: outputs are generated by large language models and may contain errors, omissions, or material that requires human review.
All voices are synthetic. Narrate renders speech with third-party text-to-speech models (currently Google Gemini TTS and Google Chirp 3: HD). No human voice actor records your script. Every audio file we return is stamped in its metadata with “AI-generated voice (synthetic speech)”, and you must not remove or obscure that label.
Your disclosure duty. Several jurisdictions, platforms and advertising codes require you to disclose synthetic speech to your audience (for example in political advertising, or where a listener could reasonably believe the voice is a specific real person). Deciding whether disclosure is required for your publication, and making it, is your responsibility. We give you the label; you must not present the output as a recording of a real human being.
Prebuilt voices are not real people. The named voices in the picker are model voices supplied by the underlying provider. They are not impersonations of, and must not be presented as, any identifiable person.
Minutes and metering. Narrate plans are sold in minutes of rendered audio per calendar month, measured on the audio we actually produce. Minutes do not roll over. When your monthly minutes are used up we stop rendering and tell you; we do not bill overage and we do not render past your allowance.
We clone only your own voice, and only with your recorded consent. Before any voice model is built from recordings, you must tick the consent attestation on the Narrate page. We store that attestation with your account id and a UTC timestamp, and you may withdraw it at any time by emailing us, in which case we delete the voice model and the recordings.
We do not clone third parties. You may not submit recordings of anyone other than yourself, including public figures, celebrities, colleagues, customers or deceased persons, and including recordings you happen to have rights to use for other purposes. We will refuse, and may terminate your account for, any attempt to create a synthetic voice of a person who has not personally consented through this process.
Beta status. Self-clone is a closed beta. It is not part of any paid plan, we make no representation about availability, quality or turnaround, and no fee is charged for it. Nothing in this section is a commitment to deliver a cloned voice.
On the Studio tier you may supply your own API key for a third-party voice provider (for example ElevenLabs or Cartesia) so that we can call that provider on your behalf. We do not resell those providers’ voices and we hold no keys of our own for them.
How we handle the key. The key is transmitted to us over TLS, used for the single request you initiated, and then discarded. We do not write it to our database, our logs, or disk, and we do not reuse it for any other request or customer. Because it is not stored, it is not recoverable from us, and you must re-enter it for each session.
Your relationship with that provider. Usage under your key is billed to you by that provider under that provider’s terms, not by us. Their licence governs what you may do with the output — including whether your plan there permits commercial use. You are responsible for holding a plan and licence that covers your intended use, and for any voice clone that exists in your own account there.
You are responsible for: (a) keeping your account credentials secure; (b) all activity under your account; (c) the accuracy and lawfulness of inputs you submit; (d) reviewing, fact-checking, and verifying all AI-generated outputs before relying on or publishing them; and (e) complying with all laws applicable to your use of the Service and to any output you publish or share.
The Service, including its software, branding, and underlying models, is owned by Elite AI Holdings LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit. Subject to these Terms and your payment of any applicable fees, Elite AI Holdings LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AI-generated outputs for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not (i) resell access to the Service, (ii) use the Service to train competing AI models, or (iii) misrepresent AI outputs as human-authored when applicable law or your contracts require disclosure.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted operation. We do not warrant that AI-generated outputs are accurate, complete, current, safe, lawful, or fit for your particular use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of Elite AI Holdings LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US $100). In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill, even if advised of the possibility.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elite AI Holdings LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your inputs or published outputs; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or third-party right.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by JAMS under its Streamlined Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware, with one arbitrator. You and Elite AI Holdings LLC each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative proceeding. If the class-action waiver is held unenforceable, the entire arbitration clause is severable. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court for disputes within that court’s jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to Section 8, any action not subject to arbitration must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from your account settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for conduct we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. Sections 4–9 and 11 survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new effective date at the top of this page and, where required, provide notice through the Service or by email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
